The crush I never got over.

Hello my little fuzzy, dolly kittens! hi onion head
If you'd ask my friends about me, they'd tell you I'm for boys like hitler for jues. (That's very exaggerated) But I don't really trust the opposite sex, I don't necessarily like all of them, especially like in the lovey-dovey way.. But I'm not a hater! I'm just..ummm careful.
If you've watched the movie "Deliver us from Eva", I am Eva!!
Don't own this image.
Shortly, it's about three guys who are sick of their sister-in-law nosing in their marriage lives and turning their wives (her sisters) against them, so they decide to pay a man to date her. A mistake they shouldn't have made.
Anyway, I don't have any sisters or nose into people's love lives, but I do give STRICT advices that I see are essential.. And none of my advices tend to go for the boyfriends' sakes.
I totally changed the subject of today's post, the crush I never got over.
The other day, I was in the car with my parents, making my strategies on how to rule the world as usual until, out of nowhere, I remembered a crush I once had that has moved to Europe.. Now, just one clarification, a crush for me is like a toy for a five year old. I see it, I like it, I imagine myself playing with it and then I see a default or get bored of it, so I move on to the next toy. But with that guy, it was a little bit more different.
The first time I saw him, I was like Oh mah Gosh! How come I've never seen him before? He had this beautiful dark hair, that adorable Emo hairstyle, those enchanting green eyes, that muscular body and to finish  up the look, that hat he always wore. All in all, he was pretty handsome pretty onion head. So, of course I HAD to put him in my crush list! admire2 onion head DUH!
Sometimes, when I pass by he would say something nice or indirectly flirt with meh, aaaaaaahhh! He was adorable! wow2 onion head It really sucked when his best friend asked me out!hell yes onion head  Seriously? arggg! hate onion head I want him, not you!! No offense though, but the fact that you're half my length, older than me and my cousin's friend, didn't tell you anything? Like, hello?!! Wrong girl! expulsion onion head Oh! Well, anyway, I never liked easy relationships. I love what is hard to get! (By that I mean my crush not his friend) Oh! And another clarification, I have nothing against shorter guys, I tend to find them cute.
About two years ago, I stopped seeing him around so often, till not seeing him at all sigh onion head. Until, last summer, my friend told me her brother told her that he emigrated to Europe, and it's less likely to impossible that he is coming back. I was a bit sad to hear the news lonely onion head because I never got the chance to see a default in him or get bored of him.. So, he's the one thing I'll never have, whether I want it or not.
Now, he probably has a super hot, tall and attractive girlfriend if not wife! And he totally doesn't even remember me... Oh! Well, I hope one day I'll get to see him around again, just to see how he turned out to be, what's up with him, and show him what he lost meh onion head ! LOl nah! This :
Not to brag, but in a little bit cuter. XD

That kinda sounded sad or something. I'll get other crushes, I have other crushes.. I have enough toys to keep me busy! I'm a happy kid! (Not that I see guys as a material thing you can use and throw away. Never! I just admire from a distance.. I might not seem like it, but I'm a shy girlshy onion head.)
Anyway, this is it. Before going, I promised Ines a pic of my new hair color, I'm sorry, Ines. I'm writing this post at night time and the quality of the picture wouldn't look so good in the dark, but I promise it will be included in the next post.
And, another thing, how did you guys find using the onion head emoticons in my post? I got them from Here.
Until next time,
I'll let the emoticon wrap it up!

Wishlist 2013!

Yesterday, 15th February, I went out down town with a couple of friends to see what's the latest thing in the fashion industry over here, and all I can say is we all were ≧❂◡❂≦ And I am /╯﹏╰\ now. Because everything was amazing and I wanted everything, but money is what I lacked.
So, here's what I want:
I'm really loving this coat! Especially/precisely the leather
sleeves.

I really want a studded bleached jean jacket.
And while I'm at it,  look at Demi Lovato??! wohoow!

  • A stripped (black and white) short at the front long at the back, loose and thick top that I've seen and totally fell for! I hope I will get it.

I love these cat eyes glasses!
I really want a long black blazer.
It's just so elegant and you can style it however you want. I think everyone should have a black blazer in their closets.
  • I also want a new pair of jeans, maybe bleached blue ones or dark grey or something..
I love this bag! It's so cute and simple. But I really posted this for its colour. I really want something with this colour.
I want a bag like this one. Love its colour.
You know what I want. I wanna, I wanna, I wanna really really really wanna zigazig ha!
No, seriously, I want this lipstick.
It's still too cold for this, but I want a dress like this one for the summer.
  •  I also saw a black studded t-shirt, which I fell in love with its simplicity, rock-ness and cuteness.
  • I saw with that shirt a black studded bag with it. I was breath-taking and I want it too.
I bought a lot of shoes this year. So, I really don't want any for now.
I think that's all that crosses my mind for now. I might want a 1000 other thing that I can't remember. Fortunately for me, my birthday's soon, which means $.$ for me! Yay!
I will keep you guys updated on my wishlist. Thanks for leaving a comment telling me what you wanna get.
Until next time,
Take care!

Yes, I've made mistakes. Life didn't come with instructions.

"Don't place your mistakes on your head, their weight may crush you. Instead, place them under your feet and use them as a platform to view your horizons." In other words, "Mistakes are precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way."
Hello my little angels! Did you think I forgot that part? I thought I should start this post with a couple of nice quotes, because I AM a quote addict and I love finding quotes that define my exact mood or thought. They somehow tell me that I'm not alone, people have been there, done that, survived it and so can I.
So, Mistakes. Everyone made, makes and will make more of them. Why did I choose this topic? Not just because this is something I do everyday Even without noticing. But also because I have an essay to write, and it is about a mistake I have made that taught me a valuable lesson. I started looking in my mistakes' listS. But because I've made many, learned a lot of lessons, and I am incredibly forgetful, I couldn't think of the "right" mistake to write about. So, I thought that I always get inspired while writing on this blog. And here I am talking about mistakes.
I think the bigger our mistakes are the more memorable the lessons we get from them are as well. And when it comes to that, I would say my most memorable lesson is: To not be naive anymore and to be careful from people. Not everybody is as honest with me as I am with them. And not everybody is my friend. So, yeah! my mistake was blindly trusting people.
I'm jumping right into it because I'm sleepy and I'm waiting for my hair dye to dry up to see if it looks as good as it does in my expectations. (I won't be mentioning that in my essay)
As an only child, I've always envied siblings who share everything together, good or bad. And those kids envied me even more for not having to share the good stuff with anyone. But they didn't realize that with every good, comes a bad.. And the worst side of being an only child, was being alone. That is why I was very social, I loved making friends, at any price. They could come to my home, play with all my toys, occasionally steal a couple, just so I wouldn't be alone anymore. And as I grew up, instead of toys, other stuff came. Like making others' homework, being nice to everyone even the ones I shouldn't be to..etc. Bottom point, I tried pleasing everybody so I'd win them as friends.
Year by year, someone betrays me, stabs me in the back, and I just kept thinking "not everybody's that bad. I just befriended the wrong person.." But yet again, it looked like I kept choosing the "wrong" friends. It took a really terrible friend or friendship to realize that people aren't as good as I believed. The world isn't as perfect as I wanted it to be. At that point, I just stopped blindly trusting people, I stopped trying to make them like me. This is me, they have to take me as I am or leave me be. And as a wise person once said "I have reached a point in life where I feel it is no longer necessary to try and empress anyone. If they like me the way I am, good, and if they don't, it's their loss."
In the end,  I guess it wasn't as much of a mistake as it was innocence. But I did learn something from it, and I got out of it better, stronger and smarter.

That's all for now! Please let me know what you think of it. And of course, tell me about a mistake that you've made which taught you a valuable lesson. That might help me a lot to improve my essay.
Until next time,
Take care!

Hold on! Did you pass your friend test?

Hello my little kittens!
Friends. Some say they are the siblings that God forgot to give us. Friends are very important in life. I mean, who are we without our friends? We'd probably be psychopaths and suicidal Emos.. (no offense to any psychopath or Emo on this page).
I really love my friends! They truly are the siblings I never had. But not all my friendships lasted because friends are like shoes, you have to try them on, walk a little in'em and check them out in the mirror. And if they don't fit, you got to move on to the next shoes.
I've tried a lot of "shoes" in my life. Popularity shoes, smartness shoes, craziness shoes,..etc. I didn't like some. Such as the popularity ones, there was too much faking and back stabs. I liked the smartness ones, but they lacked a little thing, which I found in the craziness shoes that I loved! fun and joy! Enjoying the never lasting youth. So, I decided to keep both of those shoe types!
I think you've figured out by now that today's topic s going to be about friends. I thought of giving out some advices about how to know who your real friends are in many ways..
So, here I go:
  • Everyone knows that the supreme test to reveal true friends is to be in need for them, to ask for a favor. Not an easy one, something only a true friend would do.
  • Friends don't just share the bad times with you, they share also the good ones. Someone who's there for you only when you need them is probably doing you a favor that you later will have to repay. And there is no such thing as a favor between friends. It is called being there for each other.
  • Friends don't date your ex/crush, cheat on you, tell your secrets, talk about you behind your back or stab you in it. It is easy to forgive, but hard to renew your trust in someone. And remember, if they did it once, they can do it again. So, know when to end a friendship and when to proceed it.
  • Friends don't come to you only in need for a favor and then forget knowing you until they need another one..etc.
Finally, we should always have different types of friends in our lives because when mixing all their qualities together, you'll have a perfect happiness recipe! But the most important rule is to be comfortable with each and everyone of them 'cause that's really what friendship is about, being comfortable around each other.
What's the most important thing in a friend for you?
That's all for now.
Take care!

6 ways to enjoy free time at school!

Hello my little darlings!
Before I start, I want to apologize for not making a post for so long. I was a bit depressed from something that happened on the last day of 2012 that kind of ruined my mood and I couldn't write a post during that time because this isn't the sad kind of blogs where I complain regularly about how life can be unfair, but it's more like a happy one where I really just share my joys with you guys! So, I couldn't risk to change the meaning of my blog.
I am a bit rusty on writing. So, bare with me please.
Anyway, this is the first post of 2013 and I have no idea whatsoever what to to talk about. Lame! So, I'll just go ahead and share the one thing that my whole life revolves around wether I like it or not, SCHOOL.
Now, hold on a minute! Don't skip to the next blog! I'm not going to talk about studying (Even I, am not that crazy or depressed), but more about those times when the teacher does something good for once and decides not to show up or when YOU decide that s/he is absenting and take some time off to enjoy yourself with friends or whoever!
Ever since school started for me, I've been spending a lot of times in school, not studying, but having fun! You see, most of our teachers like to skip the first day of the week, God bless them! And our school isn't exactly in "the middle of heaven" Which means there's nowhere interesting to go outside of it and especially in this time of the year. Therefore, we take advantage of these marvelous hours to hang around in school, And have as much fun as possible.
That is why, I decided to give you guys some advices about what to do when you're teacher's absent, since I'm such an expert in that subject.
Without further delay, here's the suggestions:
  • Taking pictures:
I think pictures are like a memory box, they substitute your brain when it can't remember all these great time you had in life with the great people you knew/know. So, take pictures with friends! You don't have to look cute. Make silly and funny faces! Have fun imitating movie scenes..Etc.
  • Dancing:
School+Dancing? Doesn't sound like a good chemical combination, but what the heck?! It's a lot of fun! Me and my friends like to close the classroom door put on some crazy music (Ex: Oppa Gangnam Style..) and just rock on! We made videos of some of our crazy dances and I have to say, I can't help it but laugh every time I see myself trying to re-act a scene from the Gangnam style video! We looked like retarded, drunk, yet cool zombies! So, you should definitely try it! I guarantee it's fun!
  • Copying homework:
Now, everybody "forgets" to do homework sometimes. And sometimes we're lucky enough to have a free period to copy/do that homework and have it ready in time! I know everybody does that already and I didn't need to mention it, but sometimes we totally forget about it! So, this is just a reminder that next time you have a free period, think "do I have a homework I forgot to do?" before going ahead and enjoying yourself.
  • Playing games:
You're never too old to play games. And you're certainly never too old to have fun! That's why playing games is a great way to pass time. Ex: truth or dare is a very famous game in schools; competitions are great, you can choose any topic and see who's the best at what; I think guessing games can be fun..etc. Be creative!
  • Sleeping:
I think it's a known fact that NO ONE wants to get up in the morning, leave that warm heavenly bed and go to school/work! Hell, I even change into my outfits for the day in bed under the covers sometimes. So, if you have the opportunity to go back to sleep, why waste it? It won't be as good as sleeping in your own bed, but at least you're sleeping.
  • Studying/revising:
I know you're thinking you didn't have a free period to study! I'd think the same. But you could have a test coming up that day or something you didn't understand and there's nothing better than to make a study group. And when I say that, I mean seriously studying! That's why you should always join the smarties of the class's study group.
That's all. These stuff are enough to keep you busy all day, let alone an hour or two that miraculously pass by in a split of a second.
School can be very depressing for so many people, and it's just because they don't know how to enjoy it! I'm not saying you shouldn't be studying at all, but you should take a break once in a while, have a laugh! School is your whole life for the moment. So, don't waste it! And by that I mean, balance between studying and having fun. And if you could do both in the same time, then please leave a comment bellow telling how!
I hope you liked today/this year's post. It's a bit long, I know. It's because I didn't write in a while. But no worries, the next ones won't be so long, hopefully.
Hey! What do you do at school besides studying?
Until next time,
Take good care!

Farewell 2012 and Hello 2013!

Hello to my little party freaks!
So, it's the end of 2012 hein? Any special plans? Party, soiree, Little friend/family gathering? Well, I sure do have my plans! I can't let this spectacular year pass by without showing some gratitude. That is why I decided that the whole family (my mom's side of the fam. anw) would gather around at my aunt's big, comfy country house and celebrate not just 2013, but also (And especially) our not so big, but big happy family! (What does that mean? Go figure!)
And of course, since I was the only girl in the family (as in all my cousins were boys) until my little cousin came to ruin everything and throw that title in the trash seven years ago (I still love her! I can't wait till she grows up and comes to MEH for girl advice), and I also am an only child who is pretty much spoiled and very, I mean VERY hard to handle, therefore when I decide something, it usually (with God's will) happens!
This goes to all people with siblings: Be INSANELY jealousss!!
Anyhow, I think family reunions can be so fun! And MY family reunions are EXTRA fun! Why? Well, let me tell you: When you have super fun and cool older cousins like mine and an awesome crazy uncle's wife who has no boarders whatsoever and an insanely fabulous and bery, bery, bery money preservative aunt and a hipped grandma who sleeps in a sitting position with half an eye open and once a while cracks a hilarious joke and parents who would give you the world if they could...I could go on and on, but the point is: The combination of all those and more, makes a great, excuse me! A FABULOUSLY AMAZING family reunion!
So, today, this evening, my parents will come straight from work to pick grandma, me and my pets up to go to my aunt's country home and have a BLAST with everyone whom I hope will come! Which reminds me that I've texted my cousin last night at around 00:15 a.m to make sure he's coming while I was preparing this post. I don't like my plans to be ruined! I can be very psychotic about that!
I hope someone brings cake or pizza or anything meatless 'cause there's gonna be a barbecue. Now, lemme tell you, my family are big meat eaters! Seriously, like vampires! They can live on meat for years! And I don't eat meat. So, I am hoping that I'll find something else to eat than that.
That's what I'm going to do for new year's eve. Hopefully! I am very happy and excited for it! So, again! How are you planning to spend yours?
Happy new year to everyone! Be thankful for surviving all the hard moments, for enjoying all the good ones, for loving and hating every second of 2012, for being alive at the end of the line. And so, for all, I wish another time, a very happy 2013! May it bring all the blessing and joys and love with it, and leave all the pain and suffer behind it. Let's work for a better world my friends! Let's make 2013 the year of miracles! Cheers to moving on, being happy and loving life!
And as the song says: "It's a new dawn. It's a new day. It's a new life. For me. And I'm feeling good!"
That's all!
Take good care! Have lots of fun!

Once upon a time, I met you.-A story of my life. (True version!)

Hello to my little darlings!
Today's post is the correct version of the short story I've been going on and on about lately that I'd wrote on this post. That story there is a love story. However, the original one has nothing to do with love.. Well, in a way it does, but not the same type of love that the "photoshoped" story tells.
Anyway, I talk too much.. So, here's the correct story:

It is true that sometimes, life makes death seem like the best way out.
As an only child, I spent most of my life alone; Never had much friends either, never kept any. So, I got used to not getting attached to people. Actually, attachments tend to scare me off.. So, as I grew further from people whom only showed me how cruel and inhuman they can be, I grew closer to the only creatures that were pure, innocent and trusting.. Animals.
Last Autumn, my cat Vanessa, died. Although I tried everything I could to treat her, I guess I have no control over life. I really loved Vanessa. So, her death did leave a mark..
A few days later, I saw this adorable little kitten down the street. Following anyone that would walk  paste him, going here and there after people, hoping that someone will stop, pay attention to him, take him home. But people don't care! What's in it for them if they did?
I then couldn't watch any longer and went down to give him some food. But for I am a faint of heart, I could not sleep at night knowing that that poor kitten is outside, on his own, with no one there to keep him company, just like I was. Therefore, I decided that that kitten will become MY little kitten, MY companion.
My mother objected that I'd adopt him. Well, first, because she's a mother and second, because she didn't want the same thing that happened with Vanessa and many of my past pets to repeat itself. They die, I get hurt and she watches. But like she says: "Is it even possible to say NO to you?" And although I will never forget my pains, he helped me heal my wounds. I was happy again! I loved life again. I could tell he was too. He'd finally found a home, a friend.
A few months later, I adopted my little crazy cat, CoCo! And soon enough, Lily, my poodle joined us. It's hard enough to take care of one pet, not to mention three. But as long as I wasn't alone, I wasn't sad and they weren't either, it was all good! It IS all good.

Now, here we are, over a year later. Still together and still happy!
What I wanted to say out of all of this is: Thank you to those who never hurt me or let me down! I love you all, my cuties!

I forgot to give you that little kitten who is now a cat's name. It is Naruto-Otani. Both are names of two anime characters that I very much love! I also forgot to mention that I am a dreamer. So, I like to imagine that life is as beautiful and magical and miraculous as it is in the anime.
The end.

That's all for this post. (Or should I say, it's finally over!) Thank you for reading.
I would also like to thank a very nice and beautiful blogger from Bahbohh, Ines. For trying to figure out whom that "photoshoped" story was about. I have to admit that it was a bit hard to deduce. Anyhow, go check out her blog! It's great!
That's all for now! There might be a post coming up tomorrow to celebrate the depart of 2012 or something like that... So, heads up!
Do you think I'm a good story writer? Leave me a comment below! Don't be afraid of being honest!
Take care!
Bye Byez~
P.S If you're a language correctional officer and you've noticed that I'd used "Him" instead of "It" to talk about an animal, I know. I just don't like to use "it" because it sounds to me as if I'm talking about an object rather than a creature.

Dining out! (With pics)

Hello my little angels!
I know I promised on my last post that I'd publish the correct version of the short story I wrote there, but I've been a bit busy (lazy) and I'm just trying to publish the posts I had in mind before this month and this year ends.
Today's post is a bit different from my usual type of posts, but change can be good. However this is probably a once in a while post, since I don't have a good camera yet :'( Maybe I'll ask (demand) for one on my birthday.
I'm starting to bore myself so, without further delay, enjoy!
Last Thursday, I decided I need a break from routine. So, me and my parents went to dine out at my favorite restaurant in town,  "Machawi Esham" which means "The grills of Echam" And Echam is in the middle east (not sure if that the right way to write it though).
Anyway, we also invited my cousin over and here's what we ordered:
(sorry the cam quality sucks! and the lighting didn't help!)
This is what I ordered, it's called Taboula, I think. I thought it had salad and all things but it turns out it's  only parsley mixed with some onions, tomatoes, garlic and a magical delicious sauce that makes it taste like heaven.

That's the entry my parents ordered, the most delicious salad I've ever tasted. It's called Mezza.
I was still hungry, but most of their dishes contain meat, and don't get me wrong, it's delicious! But I don't eat meat. So, I ordered a dish of their delicious spicy brown rice..
This is what my cousin ordered as an entry. It's called "Baba ghanouj" It's mashed meat with other stuff.. I haven't tasted  it, but they said it was good.
I forgot to take pictures of what we got later. I was too busy stuffing my mouth, so here are some pictures I found on the net that look a bit like the dishes we got later:

We had a great time! Everything was super delicious and the atmosphere there was very middle eastern. I didn't take picture unfortunately, I was afraid that people might be bothered or paranoid.
I also took picture of what I wore:

Pink "Save Earth" panda top, Black cardigan with white hearts, owl necklace, black jeans and pink converses.
To finish up here a pic of my little cuties, Naruto-Otani and CoCo who was a big success in this blog because of her insupportable fart bombs!
They grow up so fast :')
Lastly, here's a funny/scary thing: When we were done they added to our check another customor's orders by mistake so when the lady told us how much we need to pay, my mom was like:
ಠoಠ a-a..? What? Are you sure? " I guess was thinking: That's 15% of what's left of my salary!
And I was like:
-eyes off the phone and on the woman- ☉_☉ Thinking: seriously? That means we're never coming back to eat here anymore, doesn't it?
Thank God she corrected herself before my mother had a heart attack and I lost my favorite restaurant.
Well, that's it for now. Btw, the last pic can also be an answer to my last post's question.
It's 2:46 am! I'm dying here!
Bye Byez~

Once upon a time, I met you.-A story of my life. (PHOTOSHOPED!)

Hello to my cutest internet addicts!
I'm really happy and excited to write this post as it's a story and as you might know, I like writing stories. You can see that I used in some of my post (herehere, here and here) the narrative type because I think it's very attractive and beautiful + stories always intrigue you to know what's next.
And don't worry! It's not one of those longs boring stories where you have to count the lines to see how much torture you'll have to endure reading before you DIE!
Warning: I'm writing this as I'm having lunch so, don't be surprised if the word FOOD pops out of now where.
Anyway, here's the story: ENJOY!

Life can be unfair, mean, cruel and awful. And so it was to me and you last autumn. I was hurt, broken and devastated. You were lost, scattered and looking for the right one in all of the wrong ones. One day, in our endless search of happiness, our paths have crossed and then became one. With you I felt no more pain. With you I was no more broken, I was complete. With you I was alive, I was in love. My parents didn't like you. They said you were a distraction, a troublesome boy, a mistake. But they didn't know you, they didn't know how much you love me, how much I love you! They didn't understand what we had. So, they tried to get us apart. But we fought, we held onto our love and we stood up to them. In the end, I understood they were only trying to protect me and they understood that you did too.
Times have passed, the winter came then the spring then the summer and then the autumn again. It rained, it snowed, it blossomed and brightened. Through all those weathers, we adapted, we never complained, we actually enjoyed. We didn't see life as we used to before. This time, we loved it! This time we were happy!
After a while, it wasn't just the two of us anymore. We became three and soon enough, four. We couldn't be happier. Life was perfect. Even when times get hard, even when things get bad and I freak out like I always do, you always know what to do to make me feel better, to make me feel safe. It always takes me one look at your eyes to feel know, everything will be alright.
Now, here we are, a lifetime later, still together, still in love and still Happy!
What I wanted to say out of all this is, I love you and I always will.
I don't own this cute pic.
The end.
I believe now is time for a little explanation. This is a true story that happened to me, although slightly (by that I mean A LOT) modified or "photoshoped". They say the best stories are the ones that are real. And they're right. A lot of big seller movies are the ones based on true stories. And so is this one.
The actual one is a lot different, but very similar in the same time. That's why I'm going to propose a little competition to my little adorable readers. If you can guess who I'm talking about, I'll dedicate a whole post talking about and advertising your blog. And if you get close from the answer, I will still mention you blog in a little conclusion at my next post.
Here's a clue:
  • It is not a love story between two people. (but I am in the story)
Be very careful with each and every single word of that phrase. And if you've read my previous posts, it's be easier for you to guess.
Well, that's it! Did you like my story? True version coming up soon!
Until then,
Take care and happy holidays!

Guidance goes abroad!

Hello my little darlings!
First, I'd like to apologize for not uploading a post in so long. I've been super busy and totally exhausted! Moving on.
This Friday, I was finally able to cross one more thing off of my wish list before this month ends. Which is: Going abroad! It was only a few hours of drive away, but if you have to use a passport, it's abroad alright!
So, I went to Tunisia. I don't know if  you guys heard of it, but it's an awesome country! We used to go there every summer vacation. There were a lot of tourists, most were:
  • Germans.
  • Cerbians.
  • Algerians. (where I come from)
  • And some Libyans (Those people have the AWESOMEST sport cars in the world!)
So, Tunisia. It's one of those heaven on earth places! Awesome beaches! Amazing views! Malls to die for! Best pools with best artificial waves and extremest water slides in the world! And, wait for it! The most delicious, spicy food on the galaxy!
I haven't been there since 2009 according to my mom, and boy do I miss it! I miss the beaches, I miss the  pools, I miss the malls, I miss FOOD, FOOD, FOOOOD!! And I especially miss the smell of Jasmine in ever street, every corner, everywhere!
Anyway, we ate, shopped, wondered around and went back home! We only went there for the day, because I have school and my pets and all..
There, I bought three pairs of shoes, a white teddy bear-ish soft top, (I needed one!) a pair of leather cloves and did some groceries there!
The thing I bought and consumed the most was FOOD! I ate like I never did before! Proof that I love food: the first thing I did when I arrived is EAT not one but two huge sandwiches! Yeah, I have a huge thing for tunisian food. For it's so spicy and super addictive! Before every vacation there, I try loosing the equivalent of the weight I'd gain there. Of course that never worked, but it's a vacation right? So, what the heavens?!
I'm glad I got to cross off one more thing out of my wishlist because December's about to end and it's still not done. Oh! Well, everything that's meant to happen, will happen in the right time.
Anyway, here are pictures and a video of the twelve year-old me in Tunisia a thousand years ago (5 to be exact):

About the video, I'm the asian-ish girl on 00:53s Behind the other girl who was my BFF then. And don't try understanding what's being said 'cause you won't. The guy filming: My cousin, the guy who did the rock n' roll sign: another cousin.
And yes, I know. I look older than my actual age. Look at me! I got soo tanned! I miss being that tan!
Except for getting even taller and getting a bit more shaped into a lady, I still look the same as I did in 2007. Minus the tan of course. And the pretty long hair :'( Miss my long hair!
Well, that's it! Tell me what you think! I'd love to read your comments! And if you like this post, I'll show you pictures of the older me (15 or 14 years old) in Tunisia where you can see the most amazing places there and a little bit of me when I was chubbier. Would you like that?
That's all for this post!
Until next time,
Take care!

12.12.12

Hi to my super sweet cotton candies!
Do you realize that today is 12.12.12 The last triple date for another century? Until January 1st, 2101. And who knows if anyone will live till then?
Some people don't even mind this date and others get too carried away with it. But I think special, weird or rare moments or coincidences such as this one shouldn't pass by without AT LEAST being remembered/mentioned. That is why today's post is dedicated to 12.12.12.
On this day, I decided to do something I normally CANNOT/ DO NOT even think of, something that won't happen for another hundred year. So, wanna know what I did? I had to think very hard about this. Actually, not really. I fell asleep in the middle of thinking, so I didn't prepare for this post as I should. But just for fun, here are the things I defied myself to do:
  • Concentrate in math class:
I think I might have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and it totally hits its tops in math class. I can't just sit there, look at the teacher and act like I get anything.. But today, I tried hard not to open my mouth or get carried away with my thoughts.. And actually it was good-ISH. I should totally do this more often.
  • Participate in french class:
To clear something out, I'm good at French. I just don't really like to go up the board (In all classes that
is) So, today I volunteered to go up the board. I wasn't chosen, but at least I got the guts to raise my finger.
  • Kiss the person I'm talking to at exactly 12:12 p.m:
Fortunately for me, I was talking to my friend (a girl). So, we just exchanged cheek kisses and wished a happy day to each other. What? You expected another type of kissing? Naah! You dirty minded girl!
  • Have a nap:
I added this one because I'm really tired, and I never take a nap. Like, ever! It's really rare.. And as I was about to fall asleep, my father got home and ruined it for me. I did manage to sleep for about half an hour or so. Napping is soooo good!
  • Wake up early:
Since I couldn't think of that last night, I'll just do it tomorrow morning.. I hope!

Well, that's it! I know nothing interesting. Sorry! I'm so tired of getting all those exam results this week, it's been very stressful so, It's a bit hard for me to make that old machine called brain to function. I would have added dying my hair (just lightening up the tips) but it's not a first! My poor hair's a resort to failed/almost worked/successful-ish experiences!
What did you do on this day? Did you even remember it?
Until next time,
Happy, Dappy Day! Enjoy! (for the ones whom unlike me are still in the middle of 12.12.12)
Bye Byez~
Oh! And before I go, check out this adorable blogger called Christina. She's having a circle lenses giveaway that you can chose by yourself! I totally participated! It's awesome!

Alex's rainbow cupcakes- Recipe edition!

Hi there my little star-shaped priceless crystals!
I promised you a recipe on "Alex's rainbow cupcakes" and a recipe it is.
Now this recipe is for the cake pops (I'd call them popsicakes, but what do I know?) I showed you in the last post. It's basically the same as the cupcake recipe, I think.. I'm not really good at cooking.
So, without any further delay, here's what you'll need to follow:
  • Ingredients:

-Cake mix.
-Vanilla Frosting for decoration.
-Frosting (any type you want) or peach jam.
-Chocolate for melting - milk or dark, your choice; and some white for decorating (both are optional).
-Sprinkles & toppings for decoration.
-Lollipop sticks.
-Food colouring.
  • Steps:
1. Bake a cake; any type. With the flavour that you enjoy most. When the cake cools completely place it in a bowl then mix to break down the cake into fine crumbs. (better to use your hands). Choose a flavor of frosting that you like. Add frosting until its doughy again. If you need to add more frosting feel free. Shape the cake to perfect little ballz. Then place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  1. 2. While you're waiting for your cake pops to firm up, colour the vanilla frosting in different colours.

3. Make your sprinkles and toppings ready for decoration.

4. When you're done, insert the lollipop sticks into the cake pops. Dip them in melted chocolate if you wish.
Set aside until the chocolate cools and hardens. Then add sprinkles, toppings or frosting as desired.

BON APPETIT~

I think that was pretty easy. Even I can make it. The look super delicious! If any of you angels try it, do tell me how it turns out and show me! Show me! Show me the pics!
That's all for this post.
I' pretty exhausted from school. Vacation's a week and a half away from here. how about yours? Any F's  on your exams? :p
Anyways, I wouldn't wanna remind you of any tragedy. Until next time,
Take care!
Bye Byez~
